This is a combination of things I've used before when in XFCE. It's clean and usable without being too dry.

Also having immense fun with xubuntu 11.10, it works perfectly, absolutely no glitches. Hurray!

Looks good! I tried xubuntu 12.04 today and regretted not having installed 11.10 earlier.

XFWM theme is etude4 [link]
gtk theme is murrine candido (murrine-themes package for most distributions)
Font is droid sans.
